Beware of new Vibram Sole Design for Cleat Compatibility
Boots are great but new Vibram sole design does not fit any of
the existing star cleat designs. Studs are okay but not like a full
cleat for grabbing onto slick rocks

Great boots
Great wadding boots! Wore these boots boots 4 days in a row in
Alaska salmon fishing. Super light and grippy! Wear a size 9 and a 10
fit perfect with a wool sock!

Bummer
Wanted to like these boots but sadly cannot. Super slippery
on my local river and provide little to no ankle support. Bummer.

rocks, we always recommend to try our Hardbite Studs for Vibram soles.
The Hardbite Studs will help give you better stability on the slicker

Short laces
I have only tried these on with my waders. No fishing yet;
however, they feel great. Very light and comfortable. My only
complaint is that the laces are a little too short. They are quite a
bit shorter than the laces that came with my Riversheds. Therefore, I
purchased a pair of the Simms replacement laces. They are definitely
longer but a little thicker, so you may have to finesse them through the
loops. Simms should lengthen the laces a little.

Lightweight Winner
Great boot that lives up to it's design. When fishing all day
you can't beat a lightweight boot and Simms has nailed it with this
one. Great product and highly recommended!

Simms does it again!
I recently picked up a pair of these and have nothing but
great things to say. They are the best wading boots I have ever owned.
The comfort out of the box is unmatched. The Vibram sole grips the
river bed and dry rocks equally well. They fit exactly as they should
and feel like a trail-running shoe. Living in Southwest Colorado, I'm
constantly looking for the ultimate hiking/wading boot. This is the
one. I would highly recommend these to anyone.

Amazing Wading Boots
I recently purchased a pair of the flyweight wading boots and
so far these are my favorite wading boots! The boots are extremely light
weight have lots of grip on slick rocks and very comfortable.
After about 5 trips I'm seeing some pilling on the boot upper from
rubbing on rocks but this seems purely cosmetic and I'm faithful that
these boots will hold up.

Look Good
Upgraded from Freestone Boots -- I wear a size 10 shoe -
replaced size 10 Freestones (these fit tight) with size 10 Flyweights -
tried them on with two different brands of stocking foot waders and both
fit great (not tight). Personally I wouldn't up-size more than 1/2
size. The look good, are very lightweight. Can't wait to stream test.
